Rep. Justin Amash, the Republican-turned Libertarian who briefly mulled a presidential campaign earlier this year, said Thursday that he will not run for reelection to his US House seat.

Amash has represented Michigan's 3rd Congressional District since he was first elected in 2010.

More evidence that Likud-Republicans might still be a powerful force within Republican party.

Granted he faced harsh attacks after critcizing GOPA leadership but had thought he was more resilient than other Republicans targetted by GOPAites ( Roy Moore, Sessions, Bannon, Tucker Carlson, Coulter etc) but turns out he wasn't.
