It isn't politics. It is a civil liberty issue.

The judge does not address the issues of unequal application of law, states power to regulate privileges, and constitutional standing which are all extremely relevant to this case.

I hope he addresses this issue more in depth. I'm wondering how we can stop corporations from buying politicians without violating free speech and the constitution. Rand Paul has some good ideas but I don't know if it is enough.
