I am glad he posted this! Obama makes it sound like the whole agreement is a done deal, but if I were a banker I'd certainly have my lawyers attending the hearing.

And why is Obama entitled to spend this money? Isn't the House supposed to originate these bills? How freaking big is Obama's slush fund, exactly?
