This is an excellent interview that gets right to the point. They can and do use this information to destroy the 4th amendment. I wonder how many of the botched drug raids that end up in SWAT storming the wrong house, killing innocent people and other animals, were the result of NSA intelligence? When you collect all information on everyone without any effort, you don't have good intelligence. You just have a bunch of illegally obtained speculative information generated by computer algorithms. You also have a treasure trove of information that can be used against your political enemies. This is what the "I have nothing to hide" crowd needs to understand.
