UPDATE @ 4:00 PM: Apparently, they will NOT be live-streaming this event, despite the fact that it WAS listed in the schedule under the live-stream video at YouTube.

Judge Andrew Napolitano will be giving a lecture entitled "Basic Constitutional Jurisprudence: The Growth of the Commerce Clause."
