Peter Schiff is running as the Tea Party candidate against Linda McMahon's establishment campaign. Let's get the conservative leaders who really want to make a difference in Washington behind the real conservative, Peter Schiff!

Our goal is to have 1000 Schiff supporters send an email to each of these organizations and personalities, politely informing them about the differences between Peter Schiff and Linda McMahon and asking them to endorse Peter.

"Please consider endorsing Peter Schiff for US Senate in Connecticut. With Rob Simmons dropping out, Peter is now the only Republican challenger to establishment candidate Linda McMahon.


Peter Schiff opposes all bailouts.
Linda McMahon does not oppose all bailouts.

Peter Schiff is against TARP.
Linda McMahon "supported TARP in its original form."

Peter Schiff is against cap-and-trade.
Linda McMahon claims to oppose cap-and-trade, but only "in its current form," meaning she would be open to compromising on it and supporting it

Peter Schiff wants Roe V Wade overturned.
Linda McMahon supports Roe V Wade.

Peter Schiff will devote all his time in the US Senate to forcing an immediate end to deficit spending, by leading a filibuster of the raising of the national debt ceiling and fighting every big spending bill that comes across the Senate floor.
Linda McMahon, despite her use of the phrase "smackdown," is a nice woman--but Washington doesn't need a nice woman, who is going there to be just another Senator.

Peter Schiff is a millionaire with wide and deep support, who energizes the grassroots.
Linda McMahon is just a millionaire.

Peter Schiff has been endorsed by all the Tea Party organizations in CT, as well as the 9 largest CT-based conservative grassroots organizations.
Linda McMahon was endorsed by the establishment.

Peter Schiff is a committed Republican, who has never donated to Democrats.
Linda McMahon has donated to many Democratic politicans (including Rahm Emanuel) and was speaking at Democratic events for quite some time before deciding to run in the Republican primary.

Peter Schiff is incredibly intelligent, is an expert on the biggest issue of the day (the economy) who predicted the 2008 recession in great detail, and can make Richard Blumenthal look like a fool in the debates.
Linda McMahon has little-to-no detailed knowledge of any issues and will not be able to hold her own in an indepth debate with Blumenthal.

I adapted the sample letter to send out to the Facebook list:

I am a small government advocate and gun owner who has supported two candidates for US Senate this year: Rand Paul in Kentucky and Peter Schiff in Connecticut. I have also closely followed the campaign of Sharron Angle in Nevada.

I am writing to urge you to lend your endorsement and support to Peter Schiff. He is not the choice of the Republican establishment. The state GOP convention endorsed wrestling promoter Linda McMahon who is only recently a "staunch conservative." But all the state's tea party organizations have seen through her pretense and have endorsed financial expert Peter Schiff.

Peter opposes all bailouts, opposed TARP, opposes cap-and-trade, and favors overturning Roe v. Wade. He will devote full time in the US Senate by filibustering to end deficit spending or the raising of the national debt ceiling as well as fighting every big spending bill that comes before the Senate. He is willing to put several million dollars of his own money into the race but needs help.

Linda McMahon has donated to Rahm Emanuel and other Democratic politicans and was speaking at Democratic events for quite some time before deciding to run in the Republican primary. But McMahon is perfunctory and wooden at the podium and is limited to scripted sound bytes due to not understanding the issues very well.

Schiff, on the other hand, has a sparkling and compelling delivery, is genuinely likable, is recognized world-wide as an expert on the biggest issue of the day, the failing economy. He can certainly debate circles around Democrat Richard Blumenthal.
