For anyone unfamiliar with Thunderclap... you sign up with your Facebook, Twitter or Tumblr account and on December 16th they will automatically post one message from everyone at the same moment promoting the money bomb.

Thunderclap is reputable and they aren't going to mess with your social media account or make any posts other than the specific one that you authorize. After the 16th you can also go in to your Twitter/Facebook settings and revoke the permission you gave to Thunderclap.

The link at the end of the message goes to RandPaul.com - and it also has a link to the Rand Paul Money Bomb Facebook Page, and the hashtags #StandWithRand & #TeaParty15. You can customize the message, but leave those key parts.

The idea is that when a large number of people all post the same message at the same time it's able to break through the noise of a social media feed and be seen.

We need at least 250 people to sign up before the 16th in order for the message to be sent.

It's free, it's simple, and takes less than a minute to join. And it will promote the money bomb to the feeds of hundreds of thousands of people.

I'm not sure.

They could start their own Thunderclap though and they'd have way more people in it.

But that would mean they'd have to promote a money bomb at least like a week before it happens, which they haven't done. They haven't started acknowledging and promoting the money bombs until like the night before or the morning of.

Other supporters with large followings would be good though. Last time we had the RLC twitter account with 15k followers. Matt Kibbe and Pat Miletich follow the money bomb twitter account, so I guess it's worth a shot to try to get them.

Thank you, I was going to try that after your suggestion but the numbers started taking off so we didn't end up needing it.

Like the times before, for some reason about half the people wait until the last minute and then everyone floods in to the Thunderclap and Facebook event.
