Retail Workers! Do you feel that your talents are being wasted away while working retail? Do you feel confident in front of a computer? Do you want to work 8-5 Monday through Friday with paid holidays off and 2 weeks of paid vacation a year?
No weekends. No nights. 8-5 M-F, paid holidays.
The John Birch Society, a conservative political organization, is looking for someone energetic & personable with great PC/Keyboard skills and superior written and verbal communication skills. Are you good at problem-solving, and decision-making, have good organizational skills, and with Microsoft Word/Excel experience? The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a team environment as well as independently and the ability to provide quality service to customers over the phone and through written communication. Attention to detail is crucial.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Answering phone calls
- Processing mail
- Processing orders placed over the phone, through the mail, and through our online store
- Data entry
- Set up of accounts, and account maintenance,
- Working with both customers on the phone and our inside sales staff.
