I'm not advocating for any of it but let's consider some facts, then ponder on the ramifications of this level of change.
The AI legislation moratorium is already out of the Bill. As is the bird flu funding. So, you can forget about those. (for now).
Regardless, non-inclusion in this bill does nothing to remove those threats, and we know those agendas proceed nonetheless.

The Palantir technology doesn't necessarily provide for any MORE data collection, or surveillance. It's called Foundry, and it organizes data so that the various departments of the Federal government (and States?) which have various data on us can merge that data into one easily-retreivable database so that less work and more efficiency is the result. Stablecoins like Trump family's is private, it's a stable, non-volatile cryptocurrency that is more reliable for large transactions.

Like the border wall, Real ID, AI, etc, these new capabilities and procedures have great capacity for horrible outcomes in the wrong hands, whether it happens under Trump or the 3rd or 4th adminstration after him, or by private players, the merging of private corporate power and the government is, quite literally, fascism. Fascism can arise under a benevolent set of leaders, both public and private, or "quasi"...and its fruits multipled and passed on to a maleficent set of actors within a certain number of years.

Therefore, it cannot be suffered to breathe and thrive; and the only way to protect ourselves and our progeny from it is to reject it when to do so is hard... because even apparently well-intentioned change, which leaves in its wake the ready appendages of tyranny, ago or presently not yet wielded, may be employed for ill by successors. Thereby these must be rejected, even when they proffer some apparent solution or good. We must simply understake to establish the solution or good result by another means.

Unfortunately, most in money and politics do not agree with this wisdom, so they are either unwitting in their selfishness, or desirous to establish tyranny.
