Hello,

This is Jack Stratton. I am running for U.S. House for the 9th District of North Carolina.

I appreciate the comments and support by BuddyRey and others.

As Buddy said, I have been putting myself on the line fighting against corrupt government officials and judges. What is not shown in the media links is what has been happening beneath the suface, unseen to the public.

Without going into too much detail here, we have uncovered proof of a massive criminal enterprise operating in the State of North Carolina. The enterprise is tied into the Trialteral Commission and the New World Order. The enterprise is engaged in the kidnapping, torture, brainwashing, and sexual abuse of children. The enterprise has defrauded taxpayers of hundreds of millions of dollars over three decades through Title IV-E, Medicaid, and other federal funding programs.

Bank of America, headquartered here in Charlotte, is a driving force behind both the NC criminal enterprise and the NWO.

Corrupt officials slapped a gag order on me and jailed me several times in a vain attempt to shut me up. After that failed, two physical attempts were made on my life.

Over the next 30 days this campaign will expose and document the incredible conspiracy. As a result I expect more attempts to shut me up. This will likely include more jail time and possibly more attempts on my life.

Sounds like it to me. Why don't you go ahead and expose this corruptness you're talking about? What on earth could possibly hold you back from coming forward with information after all that has been done to you and your family. My advice is put up or shut up. If what you are saying is true, then you need to come forward with your case. You're only going to attract nutjobs if your entire campaign is based on a promise to 'expose a government conspiracy'. This reminds me a lot of 'the billionaire' thread.

This is no way to kick off a campaign. I doubt what you claim could be true, but I'm willing to look at some evidence before I make a final judgement. Don't expect to not take some abuse when you make an outlandish claim with no back-up.

Would you present some evidence to back up your wild claims? Been going on for decades?

Well, there's two sides to every coin. I wouldn't exactly call Mr. Stratton's response to the criticism of him "friendly" or "warm." The reality is that if you're going to run for office you have to take the high road, even when criticized. Responding to someone politely without getting upset, no matter how rude they are to you, is so much better than responding by attacking them are threatening them with a lawsuit, which is what Mr. Stratton did.

And if that doesn't work, just follow the old Chinese proverb "answer your enemies with silence."

I simply asked you if you were some kind of crazy person and made no statement that alleged that you were indeed some kind of crazy person. In your law studies, have you found any precedent where someone was sued for asking a question on an internet forum?

I have volunteered a lot of time and a lot of money to this campaign in the past year, and have not taken any bubble baths. I would like to think that I know (at least by name) just about every grassroots volunteer for the Ron Paul campaign in the greater Charlotte area, but I am just finding out about you now. While I sympathize with the plight that you have gone through, the statements you made in announcing your candidacy were not statements that I, as a Ron Paul supporter and volunteer would like to be associated with. By advertising yourself as a Ron Paul Republican, and making statements that allege horrible crimes against children that involve both public officials and reputable businesses, you are doing a terrible disservice to legitimate activists in this area who are already vastly outnumbered and distrusted by the GOP mainstream as it is.

If you really want me to call you to discuss these issues, I would be more than happy to. But you must promise that you will not go apeshit crazy over the phone and will conduct yourself in a gentlemanly manner befitting a Congressional candidate. Deal?

I hardly consider the accusations he made to be friendly words. While Bank of America is not above reproach (what multinationals really are), to allege without any evidence that they are involved in kidnapping and sexually abusing children is both extreme and offensive.

The only thing that I find embarrassing is that this guy is trying to use Ron Paul's name and supporters to promote his own agenda, which bears no similarity in this universe to the agenda of the campaign or its supporters.

Copperhead's actual statement, found on his last post on page 1:

That is not a question, it is a statement. I can assure you the statement is actionable. But don't take my word for it. Ask an attorney. Your only defense would be to prove that I am in fact crazy, something that would not be possible for you to do.

Don't worry, I have no intention of suing you, but I'm not going to sit by and let you hurt our family and our cause with your unwarranted attacks. You have already done great damage. You need to work on getting the log out of your own eye before you try to get a toothpick out of mine.
