Jack Conway editorial board interview live Tuesday at 10 a.m.

Rand absolutely should not. These are the guys who first floated the falsehood that Rand wanted to 'do away with ' the cra. They are the ones who decided to ask a 'limited government' question about a racially sensitive law passed when Rand was two that he had never mentioned, and had absolutely no intention of challenging.

I sure hope he isn't going.

They already said in the primary that EITHER of Conway or Dr Dan would be better than EITHER of Rand or Trey, so what earthly use would it be?

Rand learned not to go on MSNBC until after the election. I sure hope he learned not to go to the fishwrap paper editorial board at the same time.

Hopefully Rand isn't going anywhere near CJ.

I can't believe he let Joe Gerth in on one of the debates....

F@ck gerth!

I suspect they didn't specify groundrules, figuring they knew what 'a debate' looked like, and not thinking how creative opponents would be.

Gerth has shown himself to be a worthless lowlife, hell he holds back tons of stuff that would BURY Conway, but smears Rand any chance he gets.

He totally ignores relevant information in order to fit his papers collectivist agenda!

While I certainly think it would be entertaining, it would in no way be beneficial to the campaign. Don't do it Rand.

You my friend have stepped over the Line!

To the contrary, I think Rand should go. Obviously, unlike Maddow, he would know in advance that they are going to try to trap him. I realize the best Rand could hope for is for the C-J to not endorse anyone, which surprisingly happened in the primary. If he doesn't go, it will be spun that Rand doesn't want to meet "his constituents." He should also take the opportunity to take the Communist Urinal to task for their lack of journalistic integrity.
Of course, if the unbelievable happens, and the C-J endorses Rand, I would have to re-think my support of him.
Rand should say the things that he always says, and to say things in such a way that if they try to take things out of context and make it seem in their commercials that Rand is in favor of things he is not, he could use the entire quote in context in another commercial.
At the very least, it would be good practice for some of the upcoming debates.

They are an arm of a big newspaper family. If they print it, you can't REACH all the places it goes with a correction. They've been misrepresenting him all year, it would just be one more instance. Practice like that Rand doesn't need.

He's had plenty.

I hope he goes, and goes in swinging, calling them out on all their conway protectionism. Just saying.

And if they ask him bullshit questions, he can call them out on that too.
