The first article doesn't work, the 2nd one... Sounds like Rick asked for assistance to help with the damage the fire caused, and he got it. I don't see any relationship one way or another...

Problem is, why do I as a tax payer have to pay for a fire in texas, when I have 4 major fires burning right down the road from me in North Carolina. Perry would be no better a prez that obama.

I am not going to lay out the conclusions from the pair of articles, draw your own. I will tell you there is something fishy in each one. Do a little footwork and find out why texas asked in april and got it in july
