Is it possible to vote directly for ron paul delegates in CA??

Is ir possible to vote for Ron Paul delegates, or are we limited to participating in the popular vote between Romney and Paul?

In CA, you don't get to vote directly for delegates. Whichever candidate gets the most votes in a Congressional District gets to send their 3 chosen delegates for that Congressional District to the National Convention.
