Just like the topic of the thread says. Is all social conservatism a violation of the first amendment? Or does this only apply to a national scale? Only 'congress shall make no law'. Not 'no state'?

I guess what I am really asking is 'is everyone here so completely and utterly socially liberal to the point where they think it should be legal to have sex on the streets?' And if not, do you still consider yourself socially liberal, and how do you rectify your beliefs with the first amendment? Or do you believe that a law saying "You can not have sex in public" is not a moral law, but rather another type of law.
