Hi...
I'm collecting literature to pass out in my precinct, and I wanted to throw out a question...
Is it okay to create my own flyer and include it with a bundle of official campaign literature?
The bundle will include a two-sided print of RP's economic revitalization plan (from the PDF available on his website), a print of a checklist of issues that came from Ohio4RonPaul.com, and the health care slim jim. I want to include a single page on top of everything that has nothing more than RP's quote from the MTV's Closing Arguments:
"I don't want to run your life. I don't even know how to run your life. I don't think I should run your life. I don't have the authority."
Here is my reasoning. Whenever I get literature on my door that has a lot of text to read I usually toss it out, especially if it's political. However, I think everyone would at least read the quote, and maybe be intrigued enough to look at the other material.
Anyways, I'm asking because other literature I've seen mentioned something like "Paid for by yadda yadda" so I was wondering what the rules were on that.
I asked the campaign for help on this but I can't wait for an answer.
Thanks.
