I must fail at reading, because I can't find anything in the Missouri Ethics Laws that deal with lying or misleading statements in ads.

Still, it seems to me that what these guys are going after are probably the "OMFG obama/osama iz teh s3krit muslim turrist!!111!" type of ads. And I don't blame them, because those types of accusations are incredibly fucking stupid.

Take a look at the document. Everything stated seems pretty reasonable. They're promoting facts over mudslinging and accountability for what is printed or said.

We here always make a fuss over bad press on Ron Paul. What if he had a big enough following that prosecutors would want to go after those just trying to slander the good Doctor's name? Would we be the KGB?

I fear some people are still asleep to the truth.
