I want to work for Peter Schiff's company

I'm a college student and having a hard time deciding which career direction to pursue. One thing that I would really love to do is work for Peter Schiff's company in almost any capacity. Do you guys think that's realistic, or too much of a longshot? What could I do to make myself into a viable candidate for a position at his firm in terms of college major, getting experience, establishing a rapport, etc.? Any advice would be much appreciated.
