I'd say a large swarm of decent/reliable connections that leave their client seeding 24/7 is way more useful than 5x 1mbps'ers.

I'll post the details when the file goes public. Don't worry, you won't be disappointed. It's better than the dvds currently out on the net but that's a biased opinion since I produced it.
