He's on a southern US bus tour right now and came to speak at a local LP event held in a public venue. He gave a good speech and good Q&A answers and seems to be a decent guy that does actually support libertarian ideals. I was skeptical of him as the VP nominee (didn't seem like a serious candidate at first) but I came away with a much better feeling about him after being around him for an evening.
