Ron Paul will simply be ignored. It is TOTALLY up to us to make this happen.

We are SO foolish to think we are going to get promoted in the media the way we need to be. Lets stop looking for media attention and get it on our own. The media is just an arm of this machine that advertises different brands of the same product and Ron Paul isn't their product.

The fight started a long time ago, probably even before 1913 and it seriously needs to intensify NOW!

I am disgusted at how obvious the attempt is to make him look foolish.

It is quite likely we will not get the Republican nomination which is why we need to commit to exercise our right of a write in candidate for Ron Paul.

Frustrated to hell,

Dave

The only people that matter are the ones counting the votes. If 100 million people wrote in RP he would still not 'win'. :(

We can take the Republican party, we just have to channel our energy in the right direction. They rely on people not participating for control.

So.....How did they campaign before the MSM?

I'm thinking Abraham Lincoln, George Washington, others of Ron Paul's ilk...

I hear ya brother. Time to rage against the machine.

RP shares little in common with either of these men. Anyways, back in the day they had REAL debates, actual arguments, out in the towns.

"Inside the Matrix, they are everyone and they are no one. We have survived by hiding from them, by running from them. But they are the gatekeepers. They are guarding all the doors, they are holding all the keys which means that sooner or later, someone is going to have to fight them."

I intend to work with my meetup group to get out a bunch of yard signs and bumper stickers in my community. I hope to achieve more visibility to get Ron Paul's name out there so much that it demands notice and curiosity.

Fortunately here it helps that Ron Paul is the only name I've seen on a sign but I want to get out even more.

We are a machine. An efficient, growing, massive machine.

$4.3 M in one day.
Thousands of supporters at rallies.
Poll numbers doubling over the past month.
More meetups & grassroots supporters than everyone else combined.

Do not be discouraged. Did you really expect anything different? Seriously, we know what we're up against. My expactations were so low for this debate that I'm actually quite please. Ron Paul kicked ass on every question he fielded. Made McCain look foolish. Had a very solid finish. The establishment doesn't want RP to win. That's not going to change. We already know we cannot depend on them in any way, shape, or form to promote RP in a positive light.

...we will win without the help of the establishment. We are the machine. They know it. They fear RP more than we should fear them.

I also think the reality suggested by network news is far from the truth. During Thanksgiving I drove through several midwest to Atlantic coast states and only saw Ron Paul signs. I really think it's possible that the New Hampshire primary could change everyone's view of Ron Paul's chances.

The media is so out of touch they might as well be on another planet.

I would rather face that problem and know there is a 100 million supporters that got ignored than 100,000 that simply lost. Our Numbers will become hard to ignore.

I recall the words of Admiral Yamamoto after the attack of Peril Harbor "I fear all we have done is to awaken a sleeping giant and fill him with a terrible resolve."

We are the sleeping Giant.

i kinda feel like ron paul should spend all his money RIGHT NOW. it's all or nothing. if we don't win the first two states, we're done. if he does well in those states, i'm sure he will have no problem raising more money

I hope so

It's like that all over the country. They can't admit it...all they can do is bash RP and hope average people don't look him up for themselves.

Machines were made and they can also be broken. What tonight as shown me is that Dr. Ron Paul definately can't do this himself, one person is too easily dismissed. We're going to have to take this country back piece by piece.

I'm sick of the media, the spineless politicans, our money system, the foreign policy comprised by idiots, the lack of conviction we need to be a soverign nation.

I've been waiting most of my life to witness a major political movement, now Dr. Ron Paul has shown me we need to be united, stand up, and take this country back.

Fight the machine,

Kap

Exactly why we should donate on the 30th!!!

Unfortunately, I think you will see a New Hampshire victory marginalized in the following way by the MSM:

"Crazy fringe Free-Staters influenced the vote."

"New Hampshire is full of those who hate the federal government, no wonder they voted for Ron Paul"

"New Hampshire doesn't mean as much as it usually does because it's delegates have been cut in half(even though tonight they were talking about how important Florida was even with its halved votes)"

I'm quite sure even when he gets half the states the MSM won't report him as winning.
