I hope the Dems win re-election this fall

I want the Dems to have control of the legislative branch as the country lapses into crisis so that they can they put their utter impotence on display at the very moment when the public is the angriest. That way, there will be no question that governent is the problem in the minds of all but the most hopelessly stupid citizens. Then give the Dems the boot in 2012 with a Ron Paul victory

I disagree.
I think the Republicans should take over in a sweep.
Then I think the Dems should take over in a sweep in 2012.

Unless Leviathan keeps thrashing, nobody will notice that it is the problem, the frog pot will get a little warmer, and my children won't get jokes about 1984 because it will have been banned. If Leviathan thrashes for a couple more years, eventually people will start to get seriously inconvenienced (like with trying to eat), and they'll start to understand what the problem really is.

That damage from a desperate socialist congress scare me more than most things .
