Ok, I hope this doesn't sound crazy but something pretty amazing happened to me....

I have a debilitating injury in fact a brain injury. I had this dream the other night and now from this experience I know that lucid dreams are more powerful then we can ever imagine. They may in fact guide us in ways outside of our own understanding. There was a famous psychiatrist named Carl Jung who analyzed dreams and believed them to contain messages key to our lives...

What happened to me was a miracle I heard and saw in the dream that my body is stuck in a low oxygen environment I saw a low vibration density atmosphere where healing activity was almost null which means that I'm unable to heal myself from this injury. All of a sudden I started to drink Raw Milk and I felt energized in the dream. At first I didn't think anything of this and just thought it was to hydrate me as far as its meaning.

I then started to research this and found out that Raw Milk has superoxide dismutase and glutathione both of these are lost during pasteurization process. Here is the article I found here. Go to the 4th article. (It's not viewable by link for some reason) Could this be a reason why the FDA is going after raw milk because of its amazing immune and neurological properties to it?

What they do is clean up free radicals and oxidative stress in the body and this is why it makes sense that a mother's milk is so important to a growing baby to boost the immune system and strengthen neurological function. I've personally seen doctors cure brain disorders like Stroke with Glutathione so this makes practical sense. I couldn't believe it the message I got in the lucid dream was consistent with my injury. So, I found a cream that contained both and I plan to get Raw Milk. All I can say is that everything I told you so far with my healing experience adds up but in order for that to happen I need to get rid of excess free radicals so I can create a high oxygen environment to sustain the healing process. Wish me luck!

Here is also a convincing article about the benefits of Raw Milk

I'm also working on alkalizing my food to help integrate the process more....

Yes, thank you very much, I will keep an update here. I'm going to buy antioxidants and pour some juice in the cream and rub it on my head. The antioxidants will strengthen this whole process tremendously.

Good low temperature processed whey protein is full of glutathione, so they say.

How the hell do you lucid dream? I want to fly.

I've got to be honest these dreams gave me a purpose and saved my life. I wish everyone could experience them you can see things that are above our dimensional reality. You can do things like fly, manifest music instantly, see new dimensions, make contact with angels or higher spiritual powers. Personally think it's the closest thing to Heaven or what New Agers call the 5th dimension that is possible. Sometimes I get this feeling like that is my real home and all of my real amazing talents I have I can manifest there instantly.

It is possible to have a stronger chance to have a lucid dream if you raise acetylcholine levels like with using DMAE or Choline Bitratrate, and Galantamine works too. I don't need anything cause I have them every night.

There is too much information out there to try to put in one post (google is your friend), but I'll tell you the two things that work most for me:

1) As often as you can remember to, ask yourself throughout the day, "Am I having a lucid dream?" This will "train" your brain to ask this every so often...even while you're sleeping. When your brain asks the question during a dream, you will frequently become aware that you are dreaming. Then you can take over and let the fun begin.

2) Try to stay relaxed when you first wake up in the morning. Roll over, and try to go back to sleep. Lucid dreaming occurs frequently for me when I'm in that half-awake/half-asleep state first thing in the morning...especially on the weekends when I know I don't have to get up for work.

Good luck!!!!

Magicman thank you for telling us about this.

I will definitely look into this, we all could benefit from better health.

Tip for lucid dreaming:

Create pointers for yourself that will tell you you're dreaming.

Example:
If you read text, then move your eyes away, then re-read the text, and the text has changed, you're dreaming. (That's my number one pointer.)

Most of the posters on this thread should look into taking some anti-psychotics....

Hey now, one of my favorite physicists, Richard Feynman, was into lucid dreaming. He wrote pretty extensively about it. And Nobel prize-winning chemist, Linus Pauling, was a freak about vitamin C. (Some thought he lost his mind, others did not.)

Ya never know.

I don't get anything that extreme out of it. Then again, I've never put any effort into getting good at it. My lucid dreams don't last long. I can't stay relaxed enough to stay asleep long once I realize I'm lucid dreaming. I feel myself coming out of it and can't get it back. It's frustrating and disappointing.

You need to follow your dreams! +rep
