By going after her Pro-War record:

Unfortunately, despite 25 different peace groups imploring Senator Klobuchar not to sign the Graham-Lieberman-Casey "Anti-Containment" Senate Resolution (S.R. 380) that basically curtails diplomatic efforts and makes war the only option, Klobuchar went ahead and signed the pro-war resolution in the first week of April.

By going after her support for ObamneyCare & Cap and Trade:

Everyone knows that Sen. Klobuchar voted for the federal takeover of health care. In fact, people know that Obamacare is a top-down model that's anti-innovation. What few know, though, is the fact that Obamacare is filled with tons of destructive tax increases.

It isn't difficult to argue that Sen. Klobuchar isn't a centrist. Instead, she's a tax-raising enthusiast who's voted for Cap and Trade and for the biggest expansion of government intrusion into people's lives in a generation. She's also voted for a pro-union activist to oversee union elections.

By going after her support for NDAA:

Occupy St. Paul will stage a sit-in to protest the military detention provisions of the National Defense Authorization Act by occupying the offices of U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar

Meanwhile Kurt Bills is a solid Conservative and a Pro-Liberty supporter of Ron Paul

Kurt Bills ran against a well liked incumbent Democrat for his state house seat. He beat him 58% to 42%. Klobuchar is a well liked incumbent democrat. He knows how to explain economics to people and make them understand. He is the real deal and needs our support. He is going to be a rock star for liberty. Rand needs Bills in the Senate with him.

I remember seeing it when I got home from CD1 convention this morning, I couldn't tell you where it was.

Defeating Klobuchar in a presidential year is going to be difficult, but Bills looks like an A++++++ candidate. If anything running a good race now could set up nicely for taking on Al Franken in 2014.

My two cents:
Klobuchar is very vulnerable on energy policy and food freedom/safety issues. She simply will not meet with constituents unless they have been screened to be a cheerleaders and carefully selected media are also there to turn it into a photo op. People know this. Capitalize on it.

The two biggest challenges for Bills would be breaking through Klobuchar's media gauntlet, and speeding up his message in stump speeches so that it doesn't sound like a lecture. His delivery is great for nerds like us, but maybe not for the typical Republican organ bank.

My fear is that Severson and Bills will split the intelligent vote at the state convention (as they should; both are excellent) and Hegseth will shore up the mouth-breather vote because he wears the right colored tie or whatever. I am nervous that there are going to be too many mouth-breathers at the convention to make this a comfortable nominating process.
