(mental ramblings here....you are warned)

Now that I'm done complaining about Benton and ghost emails I thought about where to go next. Make no mistake I hope that all delegates present and future go to Tampa and fight for this message and Dr. Paul's honor. I am NOT giving up by posting this thread. But I did think about how to rebrand "RON PAUL" into the "message". We'll have to do it. It's Advertising 101. We all know that name. It's short and easy to read and say and it stands out in signs, shirts, news article, etc to all of us. We all know that name and "RON PAUL" is what brings us together right now. So we have to rebrand RON PAUL (not the man, the brand) into something new that is easily recognized. I hope yall understand what Im saying.

So how to rebrand the name and make it the message? The moneybomb tactic is a great example of this.

I thought that The R3volution was that brand; I myself was introduced to Ron Paul from that context, and thought of it as the wing of the movement that discarded all loyalties to all forms of control, be they traditional and american, religious, family-imposed, the constitution, whatever. I understood the regular ol' Constitutionalist types as the pallatable-to-the-american-electorate types that would tame and redirect the violent state power, while the r3volution set about liberating man from coercion.

I literally do not know anyone in their right mind who does not harbor strong sympathies for revolution.

Vice President Rand Paul or Ron Paul will make Mitt Romney end the fed, close all U.S. military bases around the world, bring all the troops home, close the Departments of Energy, Commerce, Interior, Education, and Housing and Urban Development, which would cut $2 trillion in spending. Paul to Romney: You do what I tell you to do! ...And when all U.S. military bases around the world have been permanently closed, and all the U.S. troops have been brought back home, there will be a parade on the streets New York City for the troops. Leading up to the parade, all networks will show a video montage of U.S. troops in action and then troops boarding planes and ships heading home to the U.S., with Mama, I'm Coming Home by Ozzy Osbourne playing in the background. The U.S. troops will then be sent to patrol our air and sea ports and our borders with Canada and Mexico. That is how terrorism will be defeated!

Ron isn't a brand, he is an inspiration.

Be inspired, defend Liberty, inspire others.

Ron isn't a message, he is the messenger.

Don't just spread Ron Paul, spread the message!

I like the creativity so far.

The Revolution already exists and it is a big part of the brand already. Good point. How to turn that into the brand/message and remove the Ron Paul part and still be effective for organizing and marketing?

I don't think he needs to be rebranded. Its more of getting the republicans to find him more appealing than Romney. Republicans think of Ronald Reagan as a god, and they have been looking for the next Ronald Reagan ever since he left office. I for one do not see any similarities between Reagan and Romney, except that they were both governors and their last names begin with an R. On the other hand Ron Paul is more like Ronald Reagan then Ronald Reagan was. There should be a video made with clips of Reagan saying something like "less government" then a clip of Paul saying the same thing "less government" and then a clip of Romney saying something totally opposite like "more government" and so on and so on. The republican base has to want Ron Paul to be their candidate. Make Ron Paul look more like Reagan and make Romney look less like Reagan, this is the only way I think it can be done.

You could also say Romney is so far left of Reagan, he should be considered a democrat.
