I find it very skeptical that Climate Change is to blamed responsible for a hurricane Happen Right Before Elections on Nov?

If "3 days before" is "crazy", then at what point (before or after) would it not be "crazy"?

And "crazy" as opposed to when? A month after? A week before? A week after? A year before? A year after? If "a month before" is "crazy", then at what point (before or after) would it not be "crazy"?

The notion that the devastation of North Carolina by hurricane-induced flooding was anticipated and planned for (let alone actively engineered) is ridiculous.
