Figure there are two necessary parts involved in the act of exploitation. While one part is the utilization of a superior position in order to take advantage of the inferior positions of others, the other part is the revelry involved afterwards when one celebrates their successful exploitations.
Natural rights don't work to combat exploitation the same way civil rights do. As civil rights work on the individual level either by weakening the superior position of the advantaged individuals or by strengthening the position of the inferior position of the disadvantaged people, natural rights work by shaming the tyrant or tyranny into sobering up. In doing so, any rights they may have felt in reveling in their exploitations become unjustified. Indeed, the ignorance concerning any pain and suffering they may have caused towards others is removed. In essence, the stimulating joy in the acts of their exploitation is nullified.
This is why I have been reducing to an American dichotomy. In comparison to the long lasting conflict going on between the people and the tyranny they are trying to control, with this being a quite pitiful relationship and one which has been going on forever, the false dichotomies, the wayward teachings supporting black versus white, male versus female, old against young, and so on, shrink in significance.
Over time, our government has become a bevy of drunkards intoxicated on the false powers of manipulation. I dare say that most in this forum are also under this influence. This is the reason for such irreverence against our Founding Fathers and The Declaration of Independence in exchange for reverence towards those modern legal sophisticates who push the U.S. Constitution instead. This is why people in here forsake the true power of natural rights for the false ones involving our civil rights.
Legally speaking, before a new marriage can be justified, the reasons for the divorce from the old marriage must be considered. This is why The Declaration of Independence must take precedence over The U.S. Constitution. In the end, the U.S. Constitution only has meaning because of how it concerns the people's Civil Purpose in The Declaration of Independence.
