I believe there is info that Clinton has raised over $100 million total, which would make Q4 just over $20 million. Bloomberg thus described Ron Paul as in a similar fundraising category as Hillary.

Well, I remember the original campaign saying Rudy Giuliani raised $10.259 million last quarter - you know, the total we beat a month quicker. And I think that was the highest one.
