How many states use election systems similar to Wyomings?

It seems like it will be much harder for us to do well in these type of states since it is not a popular vote in each district that decides who gets the votes from the state. I think its a big disadvantage to Ron Paul in states that use this type of system where only the 1000 delegates or whatever actually get to vote.
