sadly... in debt up to my eyeballs. Thanks parents for making me take out 60 grand for my "education" on how to be a worker bee.

AU costs $47,500 per year. I think it's safe to say I have some loans out.

I have never taken out a loan in my life...

I have a credit card I use only to raise my credit score and nothing else.

House is paid off, car is paid off, boat is paid off :D and I'm only 28

Debt free is good!

Like many other people here, I have some student loan debt left to get rid of. Luckily, it's been whittled down to just a few thousand. I think it's near impossible today to get an education without thousands of dollars of debt. Every college student should have a firm understanding of inflation based on what happens to tuition going up 5-10% every single year at a good many major institutions.

Me too. You drive a 47 Hudson too?

Actually I drive better stuff than that, I've got 2 cars, one cost 205$ on Ebay and I had to take a bus 170 miles to go get it. The other I paid 250$ for, and had to drive it 50 miles home with no brakes, but it worked, and both got over 25mpg. 280zx & Lincoln Mark viii.

SIR JOSIAH STAMP, (President of the Bank of England in the 1920's, the second richest man in Britain)

"Banking was conceived in iniquity, and was born in sin. The Bankers own the Earth. Take it away from them, but leave them the power to create deposits, and with the flick of the pen, they will create enough deposits, to buy it back again. However, take it away from them, and all the great fortunes like mine will disappear, and they ought to disappear, for this would be a happier and better world to live in. But if you wish to remain the slaves of Bankers, and pay the cost of your own slavery, let them continue to create deposits."

"The issue which has swept down the centuries and which will have to be fought sooner or later is the people versus the banks." -- Lord Acton
