How Effective is C4L?

I wouldn't be surprised if this has been asked multiple times, but what are people's opinions on C4L?
I've noticed they've been pushing for funds lately and before I renew or donate anymore, I want to know what others think.

Touché... I am curious to know how tangible their efforts are on D.C.
Because in all honesty, I think Dr. Paul just blindly signs off on their newsletters without truly knowing the extent of their influence (or lack of).
