How can people honestly say Dr. Paul won't win?

I was listening to the radio today on the big WTOP up in Northern VA...talked great about how Ron Paul could very well win IA and place 2nd in NH making great showings and how his message was catching on and spreading...then the final sentence "But he has no chance and cannot win the nomination".

I about smashed my head into the car horn repeatedly.

They just mentioned that on CNN. They said Ron Paul did very well and is challenging Mitt Romney. Then said that Mitt Romney is unconcerned with Ron Paul because he is unelectable.
