Hillary says the unborn have No Constitutional rights even a few hours before they are born

I don't what is worse Trump flip flopping around on this like fish out of water, or Hillary saying, hey that's Roe verses Wade so yeah until that child is born it has no rights. What about natural law, what about if a woman and her baby at 8.5 month term is murdered the prosecution can go with with 2 murders.

This line of reasoning from Hillary disgusts me.

Hm. Well, what if we offer scenarios to question Clinton's logic here? Let's say that a husband and wife are expecting a little one. So, then, mom is pregnant. Unfortunately, the expecting family is involved in an automobile accident on the way to church. Dad dies in the accident. Does the unborn have the right of inheritance? If so, then, is the right established upon conception? Is this a constitutional right? Help me out here, people. Thanks.

Rand did this Day 1 of his campaign against the DNC chair, and took the abortion debate off the table for a while. I suspect the D party operatives were behind the PP videos to stir up the right wingers and get it back up.

I think the abortion debate should be front and center on the table.

In terms of PP, it is the very humanity of the unborn that makes them valuable to them.

I agree it's an important issue, but politically it's a liability for the GOP (and Democrats know this), especially the ones whose position allows no exceptions.

I frankly do not give a damn about "Constitutional Rights". How about Natural Rights?

We are so worried about Government Legislation...how about Natural Law?

(I just read Democracy: The God that Failed, so forgive me for being a little spirited going forward)

Yeah, I agree that the no exception folks do murk it up from a purely political perspective.

The one thing that I do like that I am seeing is the discussion to defund PP regardless of wherever or by whomever it is derived. It has led to varying action and debate at the state level. We're seeing this happen in an increasing number of states in some way. It gives some remedial hope that states may be moving to try to remove federal jurisdiction in baby steps. If the fed's jurisdiction in the matter is removed and it is left to the states to handle I think RvW would be overturned by default. Our founders were very wise to provide a means for us to function in this way.

But yeah. Politically there are liabilities for the GOP. I'm just to the point where I don't really care about either party. I'm more moved by principle these days. Likely no going back in my lifetime.

When a pregnant Mom is shot and killed, usually two murder counts are charged.

Burn the witch!

The irony...

It is the "no exception" position that is the most clear and consistent position when it comes to protecting the unborn.

When the devil talks about how great it is rule over hell, people shouldn't be surprised at his words.

PREVENT unwanted pregnancies would save how many abortions annually? How many "black lives matter" abortions annually?

Got life?

Is it an approved form of life?

I love how the amassed group of cells that make up that evil cunt, conveniently points to the "law".

I didn't watch the video or read many of the comments on here but if the unborn have no constitutional rights (e.g. the right to life) then someone should ask Hillary this question:

If a pregnant lady is punched in the stomach and it causes her to miscarry, should the person who punched her only be charged with assault (for punching the pregnant lady) but NOT murder (for killing the baby)?
