I don't see a poll, so, I like number three, it's most visually appealing to me, it catches the attention right away with the "X" across "War on Drugs" then it goes on to provide adequate information, while being careful to mention he doesn't personally endorse the use of drugs which I think is important.

As a reader of Hightimes I'm going with #2. It's simply and attention grabbing. We don't need to overload people with info, just get them curious.
