Help Laura get "BACK" to the Mountain

On November 30, 2007, just three short months after their wedding, Kenny and Laura Karolchik-Griffin were involved

in a serious car accident that would change their lives forever, In a split second, Kenny found himself forced to

drive off an embankment in order to avoid hitting a much younger, inexperienced driver head on. Upon their vehicle

landing at the bottom of the embankment, Laura's side of the van hit a culvert, causing multiple injuries that would

most likely require medical attention for the rest of her life.

Laura's injuries consisted of 3 broken vertebrae and a fractured left arm. Surgery was done on her arm about 18 days

after the accident. The first hospital sent Laura home with the broken bones, the second hospital sent her to her

doctor, causing the delay in care.

Before the accident Laura couldn't imagine her life being any more happy and fulfilling. She just started a new job,

and had just married the man of her dreams. She was snowboarding, hiking, and enjoying all the activities that is

typical of living in the mountains.

Little did she know that on that fateful day, their happiness would turn into having to worry daily about how they

were going to pay their bills and cover all the medical costs which continue to mount.

Please help us raise funds for Laura and her beloved husband to get the medical care and relief she needs from

constant pain and overwhelming medical expenses..

The night is being planned starting with a silent auction and soft music from one of our djs. After 9:30 pm we will have

a dance party with door prizes to be given away.

Vail Passes, NBA Tickets, Vendetta's $100 Gift Certificate, A private DJ Party, An interactive website package, A

Massage or Nutritional Counseling Certificate, and more items are available for silent auction.
