Summary:
After ridiculing election coverage, they show a clip of Bill O'Reilly resorting to guttural sounds to evaluate Mitt Romney's performance in Michigan.
Stewart then interviewed John Olivier, who defended O'Reilly and said he could evaluate the entire race using guttural sounds, at which point Jon Stewart quizzed him on all candidates.
Oliver responded negatively to all candidates except Paul, to whom he responded favorably. At this point, Stewart points out that Ron Paul is doing better than Obama in polls! And then added, to EDITED/SNIPPED: exact dialog below.

Stewart: "What about Ron Paul?"
Oliver: "oh! oh! oh!" (best translated as something like 'oh, he's interesting! i kind of like him')
Stewart: "He's actually polling better than any other candidate against President Obama!'
Oliver: "ah hah, there we go' (plus agreement while Stewart talking)
Stewart: "of course, mainstream establishment doesn't seem to in any way' (broken english accurate)
Oliver: shakes finger, 'ewwwwwww'
