I was lucky enough to get a government funded education, which means I was not educated. I have learned more in two years of reading and being interested, thanks to Ron Paul, in politics and economics than I have in my entire life. I don't trust the government funded school and I don't trust the government funded universities with the truth.

I literally need to relearn all of American history, but I don't know which books to trust. I know Ron Paul people are critical thinkers and look for the truth. That is why I am asking this question on this website.

Thank you!
Bronson

Oh yeah... GO Ron Paul!

A book that I consider a good, and pretty fun-to-read, overview of American history is Paul Johnson's, History of the American People.

It's one of the few that has an austrian explanation for the cause and length of the great depression.
