If you are on FB and a member of "★"Republicans, Libertarians, Democrats, Political Debate Arena."★" I got a little sick and tired of all the people justifying the police killing people for the slightest twitch the merest resistance and I went off on a 500 comment post ~10:20PM. Mine is still the last post.

XXXX XXXX Where have I defended the underlying tax issue that started this all?

AAAAAAA AAAAA People kill me with talking about taxes as if it were relevant. Should 5 cops arrest you next time you have a garage sale or kids for having a lemonade stand?

AAAAAAA AAAAA I can show 100 videos of people resisting arrest in new York drunk and more feisty that didn't get strangled to death with an illegal choke hold. Defending that cop proves that you are blind, prejudice or ignorant.

Glen Bradley XXXX, you are defending the obedience to the law as written, and the complete submission to police for being accosted. It is the law that is the driving factor behind all of this, the erg. The reason for being.
If a law is evil, then as a living soul and standing before God, it is an evil act to obey it.
If a law is evil, then as an individual officer answering only to his own conscience and God, it is an evil act to enforce it.
You can make a practical argument that I will agree with. "Do not resist or you may die." Sure, I am in 100% agreement. Indeed, I would advocate to everyone I know, 'do not resist or you may die' because I do not want to see them, or myself dead.
But you also make a qualitative argument that is flawed, in the quality of right and wrong. You say it is _wrong to resist the police. I agree that it is very deadly, I do not agree that it is wrong. In fact, I could not possibly disagree more vehemently. God alone judges right and wrong, not the State. If it came to it, would you go with the State against God? or would you resist?
"Do not resist the State our you may die" is true. IT IS _NOT RIGHT!
"Do not resist the State our you may die" as the Living God is my Witness, this is the operation of fascism.
Does Eric Garner share in the responsibility for his ultimate death? of course he does. He did things he knew were illegal. He got mad because the police kept targeting him.
Does the State bear any responsibility at all for killing a man without due process?
Richard Pryor Chokehold Video
There is a moral rot in America, and it comes from putting the state above God. It all started with Lyndon Johnson when he put the Churches on 501(c)3. That's when everything started to fall apart and go all "put good for evil, and put evil for good" on us. After 1965 the Church began her real decline in America. Today, in 2014, the state has become our god. This was enabled by 501(c) granting the state the authority to regulate speech from the pulpit. When the state was granted more authority over a church than God, then they stand in the idolatry of the state.
This whole debate over a guy getting killed over a misdemeanor tax "because he dared to fail to worship the state like every good American should." It makes me SMH. It has clarified for me however the identity and specificity of the moral rot that has afflicted us. I always knew the fundamental _moral rot came from the 501(c) because it had conquered the American church under government bonds (there is always a Remnant). We didn't used to worship the state. What happened to America? America was the land where we were supposed to, by fine tradition, be skeptical of the state.
Here is the state, in all it's gory, enforcing the laws, and getting ever laid blameless for the trail of death they forever leave in their wake.
This is what a police state looks like.
this whole tax thing reminds me how in 2008 at the NC State GOP Convention, I offered an amendment to the platform from the floor to make it the position of the North Carolina Republican Party to support the repeal the 16th Amendment. From an initial ovation, the entire establishment (about 1/6 of the chamber) lined up to try and defend the income tax. LOL they did horribly. The grassroots were arguing like Republicans and the establishment was arguing like Democrats. The platform amendment failed by something like 48/52 (which for a platform amendment from the floor is pretty astonishing, conventions tend to ratify the work of the platform committee.) You know how delegates are when they are told by their Chairs how to vote.

Glen Bradley The Pryor bit was done in 1978, not 1977. It was released on video in 1979. Back then they were just doing that to minorities. Now they are doing that to everyone.

Glen Bradley Or how about James Boyd?

A recording was more recently released capturing the officer who shot James, on his way to the encounter saying "I am going to go up there and shoot this guy in the dick." That even demonstrates _intent for any normal citizen like you and me.
Anyone care to guess as to the legal disposition of the officers who shot James Boyd? Ha, I will give you one guess, and I bet it is right.

Glen Bradley Or what about Bounkham Phonesavanh, Baby Bou Bou, you tell me what in the world HE could have done to resist less?

Anyone care to guess ... blah blah you get the point. But wait, there's more. The Sheriff of Habersham County actually laughed at this poor child and then stood with the County Commission to deny a single red cent for medical treatment.

Glen Bradley This is what a police state looks like, and if America doesn't wake the heck up mucho pronto they are going to wake up as they are being marched onto the boxcars and then it will be too late.
