GOP presidential candidate Ron Paul stumps in Fort Collins; urges individual liberty

GOP presidential candidate Ron Paul stumped in Fort Collins this morning, telling a crowd of about 1,200 that he wants to see the country return to Constitutional values of individual liberty, personal responsibility and limited government.
