This as many Republican up-and-coming candidates are running explicitly on shutting down the money spigot to Europe's most corrupt country. There are a couple obstacles. First is the 2023 NDAA rider, if it succeeds. Second is the pro-aid Republicans.
My guess is Putin will solve the problem for us. There won't be a Ukrainian government to send aid to.
