There is no rule in the TN GOP bylaws regarding unbounding, thus it would have to follow the RNC rules and be unbound after the first ballot.

By the way guys I made a mistake, before I said we got 11 at-large, that was wrong. We only got 2 at-large.. I thought all of the 28 at-large will be elected through the primary, which is not the case, after reading the TN GOP rules only HALF of the at-large will be elected so only 14.. Of the top 14 delegates we only got 2 of them. So we got 2 At-large... And 4 from the CD, gives a total of 6.

Sorry about the mistake before. The rest of the at-large, another 14 delegates, will be APPOINTED (not elected) by the TN GOP Executive Committee.

Well I'm glad we got some but 15/58=26% which is not going to help us get to 50% in a brokered convention.
