This guy is a big cheerleader. Must be getting some good deals on selling bonds to the Fed.

He also called the tax code "inefficient" and said"by closing loopholes and lowering rates, you could increase the efficiency of the tax code and create more incentives for people to invest."

But I thought the goal was increased spending..?!?!
