im out of the church scene for personal reasons, but my dad is a preacher. he was ordained by the church org that we have here where i live. he will get jailed and or fined if he doesnt submit a marriage certificate to the county if he marries a couple, even though its supposed to be private and of a religious nature. and of course theres a $50 fee involved that goes to the state.
