Germany insists that migrants get vaxed. USAF complies and vaxs their migrants

Everyone else coming to, or brought to, this country may be getting dumped in the hinterlands by the Administration. At least those who transited through Germany while bugging out of the sandbox seem to have gotten vaxed.

Ramstein began the vaccination effort out of an abundance of caution to ensure the health and safety of the evacuees, local communities and populations of their next location.

Emphasis mine. "Local communities" being those off base who provide civilian workers to the base. Good Germans don't want any secondary infections sneaking through the barbed wire.
