German men lead the world in sit pissing.

By men, I'm assuming they mean actual men, not trannys.

Dafuq happened to you Germany.

:facepalming:

German men can't stand not sitting down when urinating! Nation leads the way when it comes to Sitzpinklers (sitting-widdlers).

German men are the world's most prolific Sitzpinklers – or sitting-widdlers – according to a poll of male urination habits around the world.

In the survey, 62 per cent of German men responded by saying they sit down to urinate 'every' or 'most times', almost three times higher than Britain's 24 per cent.

Of the 13 countries surveyed by YouGov, Sweden came second with 50 per cent, Denmark in third with 44 per cent, while 35 per cent of men in France and 34 per cent in both Spain and Italy said they prefer to take a pew.

The debate over the best method has long-raged in Germany, so much so that it has coined the term 'Sitzpinklers' - meaning someone who sits while urinating.

Despite studies in the country suggesting it is the more healthy option – and signs in many public bathrooms requesting that men sit for sanitary reasons – the German term has a derogatory undertone, implying that sitting is not masculine.

Yah, no shit.

How did they not include the United States?

At the other end of the spectrum, more Mexican men than any other said they would 'never' sit down, with 36 percent selecting that option in the poll. British and Polish men were runners up, with 33 percent from both countries saying the same.

Anthropology is the study of human beings and the manner in which their societies and cultures develop and evolve. There are those of you who think of sex and gender as being synonyms for the same thing - anthropologists don't, they make a distinction. This thread illustrates one example. The ability to urinate standing up is a sexual trait (yes females can do it, but they really don't have the equipment required to do so without making a real mess ... and ladies, on the humor front, I'm well aware that your opinion is that males aren't terribly specific in their aiming either). Whereas, whether an individual chooses to stand or squat while urinating is a gender trait. Furthermore, whether the male sits or squats is very much influenced by culture - as this thread shows (German culture is more accepting of males squatting while they urinate than is Mexican culture).

Where this fits into the modern trans movement, I have no idea. People in the political trans movement seem to be using the terms "sex" and "gender" interchangeably. A half century ago, trans-gender meant someone displaying/expressing gender traits inconsistent with those their culture had assigned to their sex, whereas a trans-sexual was someone who had undergone surgical procedures and hormone treatments to approximate a change in sex. Nowadays, they're all trans-genders, no distinction made.
