I don't care any more and I think a lot of others are at that point. Most white people I know practically bend over backwards to be sensitive to these issues. That may have worked in the last 50 years, but I think 2016 was a turning point. A lot of people realized the insanity of ruining someone's carreer over something like this. It was a common colloquialism. This could happen to anyone.
