They did indeed use the 2010 footage and it was clearly a deliberate (and infuriating) deception. Fuck Fox News and Bill Hemmer. Check the video posted by BamaFan, the clip shown at the end is the real 2011 footage.

indeed. Blatant. Side by side is great. You can clearly tell it is a different shirt, and he is wearing an lanyard in 2010. In 2011 he has a pen in his pocket. The microphones are also clearly at different distances from each other. Don't focus on just the flag and the fact that he wears the same jacket. Look at the other things in the frame.

You got to thank Fox for making this go viral, inadvertently. More exposure to the actual reaction. The more the the media is dishonest, the more attention RP get.

I saw this video clip of the side-by-side and I also remember the footage from last year. They no doubt did this delibrately. I did all three things. I called the phone number, the woman answering the phone just dumped me into a voicemail box. I called back several times and she just keep doing the same thing. One time she just hung up on me without even saying hello. I finally did leave a voicemail which no one will ever listen to. I then tried the email and it was instantly bounced back as undeliverable so I tried "admin" and "postmaster" @foxnews.com and the admin was bounced back as undeliverable and the postmaster was bounced back with the message "Mailbox full". So I then tried a fax, and that failed to go through. I guess fox news is feeling the hornet stings of many angry liberty supporters.

Update: I've resent the fax 6 times and it never goes through...
I really don't think it's a good idea to put pressure on the Judge though. He's in a good spot right now (in the enemy camp) and I really think it's a bad move for him to call out fox. They do write his check afterall and could easily cancel his show.
