Ironic that the police are one of the biggest dangers on the roads -- high speed chases over minor things, slowing traffic flow to catch one driver going over the limit (when everyone else is speeding also), etc
However, as the video taker said, maybe the trooper was just "having a bad day"

Cell phone video captured a Florida Highway Patrol trooper tailgating a car on I-75 with no lights or sirens. The trooper forced the driver off the interstate and then drove away.
It happened in Lee County. They were traveling north just past the Bonita Beach Road exit.
Karolina Bukowski started recording the trooper after she says she watched the trooper do the same thing to other cars.
"At least 10 that we saw and realized," she said.
Bukowski says the trooper would tailgate the drivers in the left or middle lane until they moved or went off the road.
"Not with the state trooper, you see it with the regular people who have road rage," Bukowski said.
She not only captured the trooper's behavior but also caught their license plate.
"I was telling our driver I don't want to get in front of him, I don't want him to get behind us," Bukowski said.

"Maybe he had a bad day, I try to give the benefit of the doubt to everybody," Bukowski said, "but I don't think you should do that to just anybody you feel like it."
Bukowski says the driver in the video did flip off the trooper before they ran them off the road. The driver eventually got back in front of the trooper and was again moved to the shoulder but this time with lights and sirens.
