shemdogg edit: as i understand, if you are a FL resident who is actively serving and stationed out-of-state, you have the opportunity to purchase tickets without going thru the county delegate selection process. but you still have to pay the $175 and you still have to attend the P5 to vote! xtreat's explanation as follows:
I just got off the phone with my representative in Osceola County. Even though I am stationed in GA and couldn't attend the drawing and won't be able to attend any of the pre-debate meetings, I was still able to secure a ticket for me AND my mother.
You guys can do the same, call your county elections board or GOP committee and tell them that just because you are in the military and cant attend the drawing that doesn't mean you shouldn't be allowed to participate in the process! It worked for me and I got TWO tickets! You do have to attend the debate though and pay the $175 per ticket.
Get to calling!
