The Skinny: With the online publication of its 2021 Domestic Investigations and Operations Guide, the FBI confirmed in a heavily redacted section 20.2 that it collaborates with the NSA and CIA to spy on Americans, even if those Americans have not committed any crimes and are not under any kind of court order.

FBI surveillance of Americans includes:

• Domestic FBI probes, called “assessments,” for which the bureau solicits data from the CIA and NSA so as to prevent federal crimes and national security threats.

• Probe criteria, mainly an “authorized purpose” and clear objective, that do not require the possession of a court warrant.

• The use of records from the CIA and NSA to “name trace” Americans subject to assessment probes, as recorded in section 20.2 of the leaked 2011 version of the FBI operations guide.

• Assessments of groups as well as individuals, including a 2016 probe of Concerned Women for America that the FBI told Sen. Chuck Grassley, Iowa Republican, it “did not need to explain.”

Certainly the FBI should be, Congress had and has absolutely no authority whatsoever to create a secret police. Every State in this country has their own bureau of investigation, so what is the purpose of the FBI except to enforce some hegemony suitable for exploitation by creepy, anti-American globalists of unknown identity/origin?? If a crime is committed in California, and the criminal flees to Arizona, there is no reason that the States' agencies cannot cooperate to hunt down the perp and throw him in jail. The picture is becoming quite clear that the reason for the existence of most of these Federal agencies never had anything to do with their stated purpose, and had everything to do with protecting an alien Trojan horse inserted into this country through the aid of the Federal Reserve and everything connected to it, aka the International Money Power. If the FBI ever had any good reason for existing, preventing the International Money Power from infiltrating and subverting our entire system of government would have been it. Instead, they have facilitated that very thing!

As for the CIA/NSA, an argument can be made that Congress does have the authority to create such agencies, however, "we brought you into this world and we can damn sure take you back out of it" should be the first phrase out of the lips of every intelligence oversight and investigation committee chair. The CIA, NSA and DoD need to have the fear of God re-instilled into them. Bite the hand that feeds, if you dare... but you'll only do it once. That should be the mentality of Congressional oversight. Instead, we have MIC nepotism and members of Congress sucking up to these agencies as though they serve the permanent bureaucracy and not the other way around. Congress may be corrupt and they may not be representing We The People at the moment, but do not forget that Congress is the cudgel of We The People for use upon the rebels and traitors in the Federal government... if we ever awaken from this stupor...
