Was searching randomly and found this:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/2012-1-Troy...676?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item1c293bc2f4

This 'mint' has several varieties of "silver clad bars", and he sells them as clad bars for under the price of silver.
However these bars are stamped "One Troy Oz .999 Silver" and have no indication of saying COPY or that they are not pure on the bar themselves, so resellers at flea markets or anywhere else could easily fool unsuspecting buyers.

Here is a pic of one of the bars:

Seller ID is pythagorean_theorem in case the pic moves or get deleted.

I don't hang out in the eBay coin area, but didn't they change their rules to disallow those?

Not sure, I haven't bought or sold on ebay for years, I was just looking for a pic of the 1792 Disme and found that bar.

I don't think a cryptic font on the reverse counters the lie on the front.
Dude is doing state quarter replicas also:

Just saying 'buyer beware', I'm not sure I would have been able to read Clad instead of God on an actual sized bar at first glance.

I agree. I just thought it was kind of funny and didn't know if you or others would notice it - I almost didn't, even on the enlarged picture.

In clad we trust , who the hell would even make such a thing ? flogging , I say.

I have seen some fake stuff on e bay this year , some clad coins made in Ct , and a fake CC Morgan....

Sorta like that late night cheesy "Gold Buffalo" coin infomercial. Avoid disappointment and future regret! lol

That silver bar definitely shouldnt say 1 troy oz .999 silver on it though. That's pure scam.

Reported accordingly. Maybe some indian in mumbai will sort this out
